THE ANOINTING TEST. NO. 8

john-20 21"As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you" (John 20:21).

Men, we cannot afford to steer clear of the miraculous just because some ministry has misrepresented it, either through fanaticism, hypocrisy, or excess. The devil would have us misrepresent the truth of the Gospel by denying the miraculous power of God from happening in our churches, as well as our own personal lives and families. The devil wants us to discount the miraculous, and by so doing we remain largely impotent to be of any real threat to the kingdom of darkness.

Men, if we believe the Bible is the truth (and I believe it is), then we should not be partial when preaching it and living it. The world needs the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God! We must not be partial in the presentation of truth to our families.

The world is full of darkness, agnosticism, atheism, and unbelief. Even in religious circles there is much resistance to the miraculous power of God. God the Father sent His own Son preaching salvation through repentance and faith in His name, coupled with signs, wonders, and miracles. Jesus said, "As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you" (John 20:21).

The big question is: have we really accepted with all our hearts all the ways the Father sent His Son? And therefore, can we accept all the ways the Son of God sends us?

Be encouraged.
