COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Sometimes your life feels overwhelmed with problems. You are constantly sighing and complaining. Dear mother, stop for a moment, and start counting your blessings. Praise the Lord for each one. Start with the little ones you take for granted. And keep going.
Never forget to thank Christ for His wonderful and eternal salvation that He has given us. I love to thank Him every morning and every evening as we pray together as a family. I never want to let a day go by when I don’t thank Him for His death upon the cross for me.
And of course, don’t forget each of your precious children. Each one is a very special blessing. I notice that when I receive Christmas cards from friends and family that many send them with pictures of their family. They don’t send Christmas cards with pictures of their home, their car, or any of their material possessions. They proudly display the children God has given them. They are our GREATEST BLESSINGS!
